METRO RTA would like to know what you think of your bus service in the Akron and the Summit County area. For example, are the buses usually on time? Is it easy to find the best route for your trip? Is it easy to pay for your trip? Are the buses clean, comfortable and well-driven?
We are interested in your replies regarding your current use of the bus service whether you use the buses frequently, occasionally, or even if you hardly ever use the bus service.
Most respondents complete the survey in 3-5 minutes. The survey consists of a number of statements, and we would like to know whether you agree or disagree with each of them. These statements are followed by a few additional questions about yourself and about your previous and future use of the bus service. Please complete the survey only once.
This survey is being conducted by a number of transit agencies across the country at the same time so that they can find out what their passengers think of the service they provide. These cities will compare the results of the surveys, so that they can learn from each other and work toward giving you even better service.
The first 100 respondants will be given a day pass. Passes will be ditributed in May, after the survey is completed.
