Expect major delays!
After 8:30 a.m. tomorrow, the bus stop at 13th St. & Rockwell Ave. is the only downtown Cleveland stop all NCX buses will serve.
Passengers in downtown Cleveland will have to use Rockwell & 13th to board and exit NCX buses. GCRTA service to the east side of downtown will be available at Rockwell & 13th. There will be no GCRTA service to the west side of downtown from this stop.
NCX buses will leave the stop, continue to the stop at the Wade Park VA Hospital, and exit Cleveland.
More than 500,000 people are expected to attend tomorrow's festivities. Please expect major delays in and around downtown Cleveland.
