METRO is conducting an onboard survey of passengers on all line-service routes beginning Thursday, January 9, 2020. Surveying will continue through Friday, February 14, 2020.*
Surveyors are boarding buses and randomly selecting passengers to complete the survey. Surveyors can be identified by their blue vests and name badges.
Survey cards will be distributed January 9-17, 2020 for passengers to complete and turn in before they leave the bus. Digital surveys will begin on Tuesday, January 21, 2020.
Information collected will help guide METRO into the future. We appreciate your participation.
