HR Generalist/EEO Officer
METRO Regional Transit Authority is looking for an experienced EEO/DBE Program Administrator. This position requires up-to-date knowledge regarding industry trends and regulations, a four year college degree, and 5-7 years experience facilitating an EEO/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program. Other duties will include, but not be limited to, EEO/Diversity/Harassment training for METRO employees, managing the performance review program, job-related test development for interviewees, and Affirmative Action workforce analysis and goal-setting.
