Beginning January 1, 2020, all METRO properties and campuses will become tobacco-free to create a clean and welcoming space.

Tobacco products include all forms of tobacco, including but not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, water pipes (hookah), bidis, kreteks, electronic cigarettes (vaping), smokeless tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco and any non-FDA approved nicotine delivery device.

METRO properties include the Robert K. Pfaff Transit Center, Rolling Acres Transit Center, Independence Turnaround, METRO offices at 416 Kenmore Blvd., park and ride lots, and facility parking lots.

We appreciate your cooperation in making our spaces tobacco-free. If you’re interested in quitting tobacco, call 1-800-QUIT-NOW.
