METRO bus service will be limited on Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24th.
There will be no bus service & METRO offices will be closed on Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25th & New Year's Day, Wednesday, January 1st.
METRO's Customer Service holiday phone hours are as follows:
- 12/24/13, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- 12/25/13, closed
- 12/31/13, normal operating hours*
- 1/1/14, closed
SCAT holiday phone hours are as follows:
- 12/24/13, SCAT reservation line, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; no change to the SCAT return line
- 12/25/13, closed
- 1/1/14, closed
*Please note, the Customer Service hub at the Robert K. Pfaff Transit Center will close at 5 p.m. on New Year's Eve, December 31st.
