METRO bus service will be limited on Christmas Eve, Monday, December 24. Customer service phone lines will be open during the following hours:
- SCAT Reservations & Returns: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Calls will roll to our 24 hour service after 3 p.m., as they have in the past.)
- Line Service: 6 a.m. – 4 p.m.
METRO offices will be closed and buses will not run on Christmas Day, Tuesday, December 25, and New Year’s Day, Tuesday, January 1.
Please note: Due to First Night activities at the Robert K. Pfaff Transit Center, the Customer Service window will close at 5 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Monday, December 31. Line service calls will be accepted until 8 p.m.
