If you feel you have been discriminated against based on one of the above characteristics, you have the right to file a complaint. For more information on your rights, or to file a concern, you can do the following:

- Call Customer Service at 330-762-0341 to verbally start the complaint process.

- Come to our Robert K. Transit Center at 631 S. Broadway St., Akron, Ohio 44311 and request a complaint form.
