Our customers utilizing demand response services (SCAT, METRO Connect, Call-A-Bus) may experience significantly longer pickup wait times.
There is currently a nationwide shortage of workers, including bus operators. Despite this shortage, METRO is working tirelessly to meet its customers’ and communities’ needs as we allocate resources to ensure transportation services to the Summit County region. METRO continues to work with TL Worldwide Transportation (formerly Thomas Limousine), its third party provider, to transport its demand response customers.
