Effective Thursday, July 10, the #31 will not enter the Stow Commerce Center or Target due to reconstruction of Target’s parking lot.
The bus will turn around at the Kent State University Airport.
A temporary stop & interconnect with PARTA is located on SR 59 at the corner of the western entrance to the Stow Commerce Center.
