A massive overhaul of downtown Cleveland's Public Square will not change the Northcoast Express bus stops in Cleveland.
Public Square construction slated to begin February 23 will close stretches of Superior Avenue and Ontario Street. METRO stops on Superior will remain open during the construction.
Passengers may experience delays as buses will have to detour around the construction.
The Public Square project could last as long as 18 months.
