Multiple construction projects this spring and summer are likely to slow Northcoast Express buses arriving and departing in downtown Cleveland.
Construction has begun along St. Clair Avenue and will last until approximately mid-May.
Filming for the motion picture "Captain America: Winter Soldier" will begin in mid-May and will result in temporary road closures.
All NCX stops should be accessible during construction and filming. Delays are probable.
