Title VI/Equal Employment Opportunity Complaint Process


METRO RTA is committed to offering safe, dependable, cost-effective, customer focused transportation to our community. As such, METRO RTA operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin, age, gender or disability.

If you feel you have been discriminated against based on one of the above characteristics, you have the right to file a complaint. For more information on your rights, or to file a concern, you can do the following:

2. Call Customer Service at 330-762-0341 to verbally start the complaint process.

3. Fill out the online form below.

4. Come to our administrative offices located at 416 Kenmore Blvd. Akron, Ohio 44301 and request a complaint form.
