A pilot program serving designated areas within Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, and Tallmadge. 
METRO Connect is a call-ahead service providing convenient trips from designated bus stops to specific destinations within designated or select areas of Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, and Tallmadge. Passengers will be picked up at the closest bus stop and transported to the stop closest to their destination (see details on the METRO Connect map).
This pilot program begins Monday, September 14, 2020.
METRO Connect is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. For a guaranteed trip time, passengers are encouraged to schedule their trip one business day ahead by calling 330-376-5353. Customers with reservations will receive a 15 minute pick-up window.
Line-service bus fare applies for METRO Connect trips (i.e. $1.25 for a single trip).
