The NCXpress is for passengers who ride the Northcoast Express Routes to and from Cleveland each weekday. It includes service changes, detours, fare information and other items related to this services. It is published 4 times annually, or as needed. It is available on those bus routes and here on our site.
The METRO SCAT newsletter is for passengers who utilize our services for older adults and persons with disabilities. It highlights service rules and regulations, reminders and information about the services we offer. It is published 2 times annually, or as needed. It is available on the buses and here on our site.
