PART-TIME Customer Service Clerk
METRO Regional Transit Authority is seeking a reliable and responsible person for the position of PART-TIME Customer Service Clerk. Responsibilities include responding to the informational needs of METRO RTA’s existing and potential customers via telephone, mail or in person.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, plus basic skills in typing and correspondence. A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to accept various shift assignments. Weekend work is required. Willingness to provide great customer service is expected. The ideal candidate will have map reading skills and general knowledge of Summit County streets. Hourly rate is 10.91 per hour.
